How Accelerators Work
Accelerator programs focus on a specific discipline for teams, establishing a baseline and current state, then working through a customizable curriculum, paired with individual coaching for team members to ensure the team can fully engage in the process.
Finally, a wrap-up session helps reinforce the progress made and sets the team up to carry the torch forward.
Assessment
A baseline is established to understand the current state of the team, and participants are introduced to the program to come.

Group Sessions
