You probably already know that high-performing teams require trust and empowerment to thrive. The challenge is that trust and empowerment are outcomes, rather than behaviors in themselves. To reach these outcomes, Siamo’s LAVA Skills Workshop illuminates the core skills needed to communicate effectively, deeply understand our teams and peers, and empower them to find their own answers. You will learn and practice these skills to unlock deeper relationships in work (and life) and understand the fundamentals of empowerment and psychological safety.

THE WORKSHOP

This experiential workshop provides an overview of the complexities in human relationships and the skills needed to close communication gaps and empower one another. Participants will practice immediate hands-on application with these skills:
